Reservations & Payment:

Free Reservations/Interest List:

  1. -Free reservations will not be carried over to the following year. Do to people who lose interest or change their mind, you will lose your spot annually unless you contact me to keep your reservation for the following year.

    -Free reservations does not guarantee a kid from a certain planned breeding. Each kid is evaluated once born; If it’s not deemed “breeding” or “show” quality to our standards, the kid will not be available to purchase. No guarantees are made that the kid/goat will acquire achievements and/or show titles.

Once you’re notified about the kid(s) being born, you have 24hrs to confirm and place a deposit. Non-refundable deposits are 50% of the goat’s total price unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. After the deposit is placed, the buyer has 14 days to pay for the remaining balance and arrange transport

Kids Sold on Bottle:

We will allow kids to be sold while still on the bottle. When a kid is sold on a bottle, the buyer understands that ALL responsibilities of properly caring for and feeding their newly acquired kid lies with them after leaving Freckled Fanny. If anything happens to the kid in the buyer’s care or in a transporter's care, Freckled Fanny Farm will not be held responsible in any way.

Kids will not be kept for lengthy periods of time while on the bottle. Buyer has 14 days to arrange transport for the kid before a boarding fee of $25 per goat per week takes effect.

Transport:

There is a ground transport that we recommend and use ourselves; please let us know if you would like their contact information. If a party prefers or a transporter requires a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection or any other documents/testing, the buyer is responsible for all veterinary fees before pick-up. If for any reason the transport can’t pick-up the goat within 2 weeks, a $25 boarding fee for each goat purchased will be applied each week.

Health Guarantee:

Animals will be guaranteed healthy at the time of sale and before leaving the care of Freckled Fanny. Since we cannot control the environment the goat will be in after leaving our farm or how the goat will respond/cope to the stress of traveling or relocating, Freckled Fanny (& owners) is not responsible for any death, stress, or illness of any kind after the animal leaves. Once animals have left the farm, no further health guarantees can be made or will be given. All sales are final and sold AS IS.

As the breeder/owner of these animals, we do reserve the right to keep any animal born or cancel sale for any reason at any time.
